Theadaptation and management of human capital is one of the major performance drivers of Supply Chain functions. Helping existing teams to progress and transform, adapting training programs and attracting new talent will be the major challenges in this area in the coming years.

We know that the supply chain and the way people work are constantly changing, which means that we have to pay particular attention to the women and men in our sector.

The Human Wealth Lab is a forum for exchange between managers, HR, academics and recruitment agencies, focusing on :
