In this role, he leads the team dedicated to Supply Chain and Operations Planning, supporting customers in :
- Improving operational efficiency across the value chain,
- Digitizing their businesses,
- Overhaul their purchasing and planning practices,
- Managing and improving their logistics and transport.
The team works with customers in all business sectors on their major transformation projects, overhauling their organizations and operating methods, and implementing digital solutions and information systems.
A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille, majoring in Transport and Logistics, Jeremy began his career at CSC Peat Marwick and then Pixis Conseil. After 10 years freelancing on supply chain, distribution and e-commerce issues, he joined Proconseil with a strong industrial focus. After Proconseil was acquired by Spinpart in 2018, he became a Partner. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to join Demand Driven MRP solution provider BEVOLTA, where he accelerated its development for almost 2 years, at the end of which he decided to join Bearingpoint's Operations team.
With 25+ years in consulting, Jeremy has developed recognized skills in a variety of sectors, from Retail to the assembly industry, via Luxury Goods and Pharmaceuticals. His Supply Chain expertise has led him to lead training modules at CentraleSupelec Exed. His work ranges from diagnosing the maturity of the supply chain function, through transforming flow management and planning, to improving the performance of field processes.
Partner in BearingPoint's "Operations and Supply Chain" department for France, Benelux and Africa.
In this role, he leads a team dedicated to Supply Chain and Operations issues. We support our customers in :
- improve operational efficiency across the entire value chain,
- the digitization of their businesses, the scoping and implementation of various information systems for the supply chain, purchasing, maintenance, after-sales, etc.
- the overhaul of their purchasing and procurement practices on the one hand, and the design and deployment of planning processes specific to the supply chain on the other,
- managing and improving their logistics and transport,
- drawing up logistics master plans.
We support our customers in all sectors of activity in their major transformation projects by redesigning their organizations and operating methods, and implementing digital solutions and information systems.
Sébastien began his career in the industrial sector at General Electric, where for 9 years he led projects and held various positions in product production and industrialization, logistics, maintenance and after-sales. After General Electric, he moved into consulting with CSC and then Wavestone, before joining BearingPoint.
He has over 15 years' experience in major transformation programs for processes, information systems/tools and organizations. He supports his customers in their operational and digital transformation programs in various sectors: industry, transport, energy, luxury goods and retail.
Trained as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Sébastien carries out numerous business process diagnostics to implement efficiency plans for operations, the supply chain, after-sales and maintenance.
