Florian Borgobello is a manager in Wavestone's Supply Chain practice. Florian has led numerous logistics projects, mainly in the Retail and Luxury sectors. His projects have focused on strategic phases (master plans, route-to-market studies, logistics site design...) as well as highly operational subjects: warehouse mechanization/automation, site diagnostics and operational optimization, site start-ups...
More recently, he has been involved in Green Supply Chain issues, and has contributed to several publications on the subject through France Supply Chain's Lab SC4 Good.
Florian is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Lyon. He began his career with Metis Consulting and then Wavestone (6 years).

Marc Dauga, a partner in Wavestone's supply chain practice, has over 20 years of experience in industrial supply chains in a wide range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, consumer goods and automotive. Marc has led numerous transformation projects in France and internationally in the three main phases of a project: definition of the target vision, design and implementation.
Marc is particularly involved in the following topics:
- Definition and implementation of digital transformation projects: manufacturing scheduling, factory flow and inventory automation, traceability & IoT for supply chain
- Management of IS projects such as Manufacturing Execution System (MES), factory WMS and industrial APS
- Design and project management for the implementation of Greenfield and Brownfield plants
- Customer service/sales administration transformation in conjunction with production and logistics to improve customer satisfaction
Marc is a graduate of ICAM and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career as a production manager at Sony (3 years) and then was in charge of industrialisation and sourcing at Siemens VDO, tier 1 automotive (3 years). He then joined Accenture in operations & supply chain strategy (7 years) and then Metis Consulting / Wavestone.

Lucie FABRE has some fifteen years' experience in automation issues, initially in the automotive and aeronautics manufacturing sectors, and since 2019 as a manager in the Supply Chain practice at Wavestone.
Lucie's role is to support its customers in studying opportunities, finding solutions and deploying automated logistics sites:
- Logistics diagnosis and performance of existing warehouses
- Design of automated technical solutions
- Business model and recommendation
- Formalization and follow-up of technical specifications
- Site start-up support
More recently, Lucie has been particularly involved in the work of France Supply Chain's Digital & Technologies Lab, via the intralogistics project.
Lucie is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Techniques avancées.

Assâad Moumen, Senior Consultant in Wavestone's supply chain practice, has over 6 years' experience in supply chain planning and supply chain analytics, notably in S&OP, Demand & Assortment Planning, MPS/MRP, etc., complete supply chain flow diagnostics, inventory and working capital optimization, and in framing and steering end-to-end planning transformation programs with the implementation of APS.
Assâad has worked in several business sectors: luxury goods, cosmetics, transport and agri-food, and is involved in all phases of transformation, from auditing to project management, including project scoping and support in defining MVP or Core Model. More recently, Assâad has been particularly involved in France Supply Chain's Digital & Technologies Lab, working on projects involving cybersecurity, data and traceability.
Assâad is a graduate of Arts et Métiers and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from IAE Paris. He began his career as a consultant with an APS editor, then as a management consultant on Supply Chain Digital Twin issues, and finally in charge of steering planning process transformation projects with Wavestone.

Yannick Navel has over 20 years' experience in logistics, mainly in pre-sales and design of logistics solutions, as well as project management and start-up of new warehouses for customers. He joined Wavestone's Supply Chain practice in 2021.
During his career, he has been able to discover numerous supply chain organizations through studies and projects carried out on behalf of customers in a wide range of sectors, including retail, ecommerce, FMCG and industry.
He is responsible for developing and carrying out logistics and intralogistics assignments:
- Design of traditional or mechanized warehouse solutions
- Business model and recommendation
- Implementation of solutions through to start-up
- Logistics diagnosis and performance of existing warehouses (in-house or outsourced)
- 3PL call for tenders
Yannick is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur in Lille.

Jean-Marie PAUMELLE, partner, in charge of Wavestone's Supply Chain practice, has more than 30 years of experience in supply chain management consulting in a wide range of sectors, including retail, eCommerce, luxury goods, consumer goods and B2B distribution. Jean-Marie has led numerous transformation projects in France and abroad, from the definition of the operational strategy ("enlightening") to the implementation and achievement of expected results ("helping to do and succeed").
Jean-Marie Paumelle is an engineer, graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Nancy, and holds a Master of Management Sciences from the University of Southampton (UK).

Geoffrey THIERY is currently a senior consultant with Wavestone's Supply Chain practice, after four years with Metis Consulting. With 9 years' experience in logistics consulting, Geoffrey has taken part in a variety of projects, both "field" oriented (follow-up and support for mechanized warehouse start-ups, process optimization, etc.) and "strategic" (logistics and transport master plans, scoping projects, opportunity/business case studies, etc.), most often for players in the Retail and Distribution sectors.
Over the last few years, he has chosen to specialize in subjects linked to supply chain execution information systems (WMS, TMS, YMS, WCS), mainly through missions to help choose market solutions or frame large-scale transformation projects. On the subject of IS serving the supply chain, he contributed to the drafting of a white paper on the digitization of transport, as part of France Supply Chain's Digital & Technologies Lab.
Geoffrey is a graduate of Ecole Centrale-Supélec.

Thomas Chotard, associate partner at Wavestone, has over 15 years' experience in managing major transformation projects. He previously worked closely with purchasing departments, providing in-depth expertise in the development of purchasing strategies and the reconfiguration of the function within companies. As a recognized expert, he played a key role in the creation of purchasing departments, developing complete processes from sourcing to payment, and overseeing the digitalization of the function with a strategic approach and well-defined roadmap.
More recently, Thomas has been heavily involved in France Supply Chain's Digital & Technologies Lab initiatives, focusing in particular on areas such as traceability and risk. In particular, he has been at the forefront of KYS and supplier management processes and tools. In addition, Thomas has played a central role in the development of digitalization roadmaps for the purchasing and supply chain domains, aimed at optimizing the value added by teams, improving financial performance through tools, and reinforcing CSR impact for his customers. His involvement in the management of large-scale tool projects, both in the design phase and in deployment, encompasses tools such as Purchasing IS, SRM, WMS, TMS, and many others.

Grégoire Viallon is Supply Chain Manager at Wavestone. With more than 10 years' experience in the consulting field, he helps his customers achieve their performance objectives by dealing with both strategic and operational issues, in particular the following:
- Logistics & Industrial Master Plan
- Operations performance diagnostics
- Supply Chain Risk Management
- Production management, inventory and procurement
- Implementation of SI Execution (MES type)
As an expert in supply chain risk management, he has helped lead France Supply Chain's Risques community.
Grégoire is a graduate of ECAM Lyon and began his career in industrial strategy and performance consulting before joining Wavestone to strengthen their Supply Chain teams.
