    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    MEMBERSHIP :

    Subscribed membership is valid from1January to 31 December of the year:

    • is due in full and without prorata temporis regardless of the date of souscription ;
    • applies to all employees of entreprise ;
    • is tacitly renewed from one year to the next unless denounced in writing and/or by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt at least one month before the date of échéance ;
    • implies acceptance of the terms of payment: payment upon receipt of facture ;
    • Each member company is represented by a main contact (membership manager).

    France Supply Chain reserves the right to refuse a membership without having to communicate the reason for its decision. The scale of membership fees is set for the following year by the General Assembly of the current year and on proposal of the Board of Directors.
