France Supply Chain by Aslog undertakes to comply with the normative provisions concerning the protection of Personal Data, in particular the General Regulations on Data Protection (RGPD) no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, and the law "informatique et libertés" no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, regularly amended, whose new provisions are applicable since 1 June 2019.

It is recalled that by "Personal Data" or "Personal Data" within the meaning of the DPR, it should be understood: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that is to say, a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

This Policy (as well as the other documents referred to herein) describes, in particular, the type of Personal Data that France Supply Chain by Aslog collects from you in the course of its business, the operations for processing such Data and the purpose of such processing.

France Supply Chain by Aslog is the Data Controller of these personal data, in the sense of the RGPD.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We will collect any information you provide directly when you use our contact forms, when you join our association or when you register for our events (conferences, training, etc...).

List the types of personal data processed. E.g.: surname, first names, address, telephone, e-mail address, date of birth, profession etc.].

The transmission of your Personal Data via our contact forms does not constitute a regulatory or contractual requirement.

However, please note that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory as we need this information to respond to your request.

Other information or Personal Data that you share with us when you fill out our contact forms is at your sole discretion. When you contact us, we record and store that correspondence.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your Personal Data will be collected and processed for the following purposes:

Answer your questions and requests when you contact us ;

You send additional information, such as upcoming events or newsletters that may be of interest to you ;

When we collect Personal Data for other purposes, such as applying for a job, we keep your Data until the recruitment is completed or at the latest for one year depending on your profile;

If you are a member of France Supply Chain by Aslog as an employee of a member company or as an individual, the following Data is accessible to all other members in the private area of the website: Surname - First name - Management - Position held - Job title - your professional situation (job - internship - work-study) - your linkedin link.

The use of your personal information as described above is allowed by the current data protection law, as it is :

Necessary for our legitimate interests in the pursuit of the purposes set out above;

Carried out with your consent, which you provide us periodically and whenever you agree to receive marketing communications and news by e-mail ;

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you;

The length of time your personal data is kept depends on the purpose of the processing of such data and the tool used to process it. It is not possible to set out the different data retention periods here in a reasonably comprehensible manner. The criteria used to determine the data retention period are as follows: we will retain the personal information set out in this policy for as long as

  • as necessary to achieve the intended objectives;
  • as necessary for the purposes of our professional relationship with you;
  • that you will consent to this;
  • as required by applicable laws and regulations.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

In order to facilitate the use of your Personal Data and to provide you with content and/or resources, we share your Data with third parties.

However, this communication will only take place in the following circumstances:

Communication to suppliers, service providers: from time to time, we may use other companies to perform certain functions on our behalf.

For example, this may be the case for hosting and/or maintenance of the Website content, the provision of certain functionalities on the Website, the provision of marketing services.

These suppliers are established in Europe.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

Cookies" are tracers deposited on the hard disk of an Internet user by the server of the website visited or by a third party server (advertising network, web analytics service, etc.). Cookies make it possible to keep a record of the choices made by the Internet user when browsing the website.

We do not collect any "cookie" type data when you browse our Website.

Where is your personal information stored and processed?

As explained above in the paragraph "Disclosure to third parties", we disclose your Personal Data to :

  • Third Party Suppliers, Service Providers or Agents: When we use a third party supplier, service provider or agent, your Data remains under our control and verification and contractual means are put in place to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected;
  • We endeavour to take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your Personal Data is processed securely and in accordance with this Policy;
  • Your personal information is not transferred and processed outside the European Union.

DATA SAFETY

While we are committed to taking steps to protect your personal information, you should be aware that the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure.

We cannot therefore guarantee the security of your Personal Data communicated on the Website or to any third party and, for this reason, any transmission of Data is your sole responsibility.

YOUR RIGHTS. YOUR MEANS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Under the applicable Data Protection Regulations, your rights are as follows:

  • Right to access and obtain a copy of your Personal Data: You are entitled to request confirmation that we are processing any personal information about you. If this is the case, you can access your Personal Data and certain information relating to their processing;
  • Right to rectify your Personal Data: If you can demonstrate that the information we hold about you is incorrect, you may request that it be updated or otherwise rectified;
  • Right to forget/right to delete Data : Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to request the deletion of your Personal Data. You may make this request at any time. However, this right is subject to any rights or obligations we may have by law regarding the retention of Data. When we determine, in accordance with the law, that your request is admissible, we will proceed with the deletion of your Personal Data as soon as possible.

Right to portability of your Data : You may request to recover your Data in an open and machine-readable format, in order to store them or to transmit them easily from one information system to another, with a view to their re-use for personal purposes. You may exercise these rights by sending an email to contact@francesupplychain.org.

Insofar as the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent that was carried out prior to such withdrawal.

You also have the possibility to file a complaint regarding the processing of your Personal Data with the local data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL).

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We will send you marketing communications by e-mail only if you have consented to this.

A checkbox will be present in the forms we use to collect your personal information.

If you agree to receive marketing communications, you will signify your consent by checking this box.

If marketing communications are sent to you by e-mail and you no longer wish to receive such communications, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe or unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

You can also exercise your right to unsubscribe at any time, by filling out the form and providing the following information: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, marketing communications that you no longer wish to receive.

AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
