SUPPLY CHAIN KPI

First step towards Excellence

Reactivity, Agility, Efficiency, Quality, Sustainability and Reliability of the Supply Chain have become key issues in the strategy of companies. To meet these challenges, it is now essential to discover the levers and areas of progress specific to each entity. How can we do this? Through a structured and regular performance measurement.

To help companies in this continuous improvement process, France Supply Chain by Aslog has developed for more than 25 years, a Supply Chain audit methodology accessible to all professionals of the sector through the FDASC Training.

Learn how to evaluate Supply Chain performance

The companies shown as examples have one thing in common: they measure their performance and make the best use of the results observed.

FRANCE SUPPLY CHAIN by Aslog offers you to acquire, within the framework of its training, the mastery of the Supply Chain Excellence framework. You will discover a real checklist which covers in a global and detailed way the flows and processes of the Supply Chain. This tool is able to show in a synthetic way the strong points, the weak points and the improvement potentials of a company.

The structuring of the FSC standard now serves as a basis for self-diagnosis and audit grids for other areas of hospital activity.

The FSC training enabled me to gain a better understanding of the auditing method and to to question my practices. Drawing on the trainer's rich experience, the exchanges were enriching and the tool's appropriation facilitated. As the participants came from different business sectors, the training also enabled us to cross-fertilize our practices and share our experiences.

The structuring of the FSC standard now serves as a basis for self-diagnosis and audit grids for other areas of hospital activity.

I learned about the quality of the France Supply Chain excellence framework from colleagues who are auditors themselves and have been using it for several years. The tool enables me to be more relevant and focused in my analyses and recommendations.

I decided to take the training course because, after 10 years of consulting for my customers, I needed to take a step back from my own practices and gain a new, broader perspective on supply chain issues. I learned about the quality of France Supply Chain's benchmark of excellence from colleagues who were auditors themselves and had been using it for several years. The tool enables me to be more relevant and precise in my analyses and recommendations. I carried out a full audit for the first time the year after the training. In fact, it's a bit like a consultation with a general practitioner, a kind of check-up. The customer knows that something is wrong, but doesn't know where it's coming from. In concrete terms, the tool enables us to carry out a diagnosis covering the entire supply chain, which then enables us to focus our energies where they make the most sense. It's a precise diagnosis, and it's facilitated by France Supply Chain's unique questioning, scoring and evaluation methodology, which I was able to appropriate during the training and then implement. All in all, it's a program I'd highly recommend to any teacher on the Board. The France Supply Chain audit is highly effective in delivering ever greater value for money.
