SERVICENOW

Workflow digitization platform, created to structure and simplify interactions between business process actors

Launched in 2004, it quickly became a reference in Enterprise Service Management: a unique platform to connect business and support functions. Whether for IT, by becoming the basis of an IT4IT approach, for HR, by simplifying the recruitment process, or for Facilities, to manage facilities and employee services.

The platform's capabilities also allow our customers to go beyond internal service management to structure business workflows that require them to work more effectively with their extended enterprise ecosystem. ServiceNow becomes a unique collaboration platform for our customers, their customers and their suppliers.

This visibility on end-to-end processes provides answers to the key issues of supply chain actors:

  • How can I make the transmission of information in my extended chain more reliable?
  • How to simplify the integration of new suppliers?
  • How to correct a situation not anticipated by one of the actors in the chain?
  • How to optimize the treatment of non-quality and non-conformity?
