For the^third consecutive year, this study, carried out on a sample of 2,000 people, provides a qualitative and quantitative analysis of changes in French people's use and expectations in terms of delivery services since 2018. This new edition, rich in information, also includes striking results on the evolution of behaviour in the midst of the Coronavirus crisis.
