With more than 20 years of experience, EOL is one of the leaders in real estate for logistics and industry, specialising in 3 areas: transactions, investment advice and project management assistance.

With more than 70 consultants present on the backbone Lille-Paris-Lyon-Marseille as well as in Bordeaux and Toulouse, EOL carries out approximately 200 operations per year for a turnover of more than 12 million euros. During the year 2020, EOL accompanied groups like Lacoste, LVMH, ADEO, INVIVO, ID Logistics, Carrefour, Allaine, La Poste.

Since 2016, EOL is the only logistics real estate consulting company certified in eco-energy and offers a global analysis of issues in the development of logistics sites. In 2017, EOL diversifies and launches IRELS (International Real Estate Logistics Solutions) with the ambition to accompany its customers internationally (38 offices in 12 countries in Europe).

In 2021, EOL's engineering teams will come together under the name Systenza (a subsidiary of the EOL Group). Through a range of services, Systenza offers you solutions for sustainable logistics, at lower cost and meeting the latest environmental standards. Systenza aims to become a major player in the field of energy management and optimisation of warehouses.
