Twenty-two so-called “critical” roles have been identified and categorized into four clusters based on the nature of the required skills and how they are applied. Key hard and soft skills, bottlenecks, and areas for action are then outlined in detail in each of the fact sheets produced following two collaborative workshops facilitated by our partner Argon&Co during our RISC 2026 conference. The professionals in attendance helped review and validate:
A role in which a vacancy or a skills shortage jeopardizes the organization’s operational performance, the continuity of workflows, or its ability to adapt.
A living document

It is intended to be expanded and updated as the Human Capital Lab’s work progresses, in conjunction with France Supply Chain’s existing resources: role profiles, training guides, and initiatives to attract talent and promote career pathways.
Members who wish to contribute to its development are invited to contact the Lab team.
