TOOLBOOK FOR WOMEN & THEIR ALLIES

For the French version

The Women in Supply Chain community invites you to discover this guide, which aims to help women in their careers.

“We manage risks, anticipate disruptions, and secure supply chains. It’s time to secure our ambition too.”

We examined what research indicates about gender stereotypes in the workplace. You will then discover 12 biases that hinder careers, primarily for women, and to overcome them, we have gathered advice from our members.

For each bias, our contributors share:

  • Their advice and best practices based on their own experience
  • How to assert yourself in the job market: recruitment, figures, and advice
  • Tools to raise awareness in a different way: interactive formats and fun approaches to be used as a team.

So yes, gentlemen, this guide is also for you, because biases are not a "women's issue" but collective mechanisms. We are therefore convinced that it could also be useful to you.

This guide is not an end in itself. It is a starting point. A tool for raising awareness.’–Marie Laure Furgala, ISLI DIRECTOR – MS/MSc in Global Supply Chain – KEDGE BS – CPIM, Board Member at France Supply Chain
