Aurélie Delemarle joined Argon & Co in September 2022 with the desire to contribute to sustainability in all its forms within companies. Since then, she has been using innovation and foresight methods to help companies take action and improve the footprint of their operations while remaining competitive. To do this, she uses a variety of approaches and contexts, from eco-design and design fiction to supply chain skills and professions and modal shift. Aurélie previously worked as a teacher and researcher for 15 years, giving her a unique perspective on the complexity of supply chain professions.

Frank KAKAL

Partner in charge of the relationship

Franck Kakal has over 15 years of experience in Strategy and Operations Transformation. He is an expert in Supply Chain and Industrial Operations performance and has led large-scale programs combining process redesign (S&OP, demand management, planning, inventory management, production and procurement, quality, etc.), organizational review, and Data & Digital levers. Franck has extensive knowledge of the life sciences sector, for which he is the sector manager at Argon & Co. He also works in the dermo-cosmetics, luxury goods, and fashion sectors.

Mathieu FROM THE NORTH

Partner, he co-leads the Supply Chain Planning lab

Mathieu de Nodrest has over 20 years of consulting experience, with recognized expertise in operations and supply chain transformation. He works on the redesign of planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production planning, distribution planning), logistics strategy (service offering, network optimization), and logistics transformation (implementation of new networks and sites). At Argon & Co, he coordinates the AI-driven operations transformation approach, which aims to create a sustainable competitive advantage by rethinking processes and activities using AI, from design to execution.

Utsav Sachdev

As a senior consultant, he runs the Jeunes Pro lab.

As an operational strategy consultant at Argon & Co, Utsav Sachdev supports organizational transformations in the areas of purchasing and manufacturing. As Project Manager of the Young Pros Lab, he helps to structure and facilitate this community, providing young supply chain professionals with a space for exchange, learning, and development within France Supply Chain.
