- Students in2nd year of the general engineering program, admission by competitive examination or on the basis of their qualifications through the GEI-univ competitive examination.

Training costs
- For French students and European Union nationals: Tuition fees for students enrolling for the first time in the FISE 1st year or 2nd year engineering program are 3200 euros. Tuition fees for students re-registering for FISE 2nd year are 2900 euros. Tuition fees for students re-registering for FISE 3rd year are 2650 euros. Beneficiaries of a higher education grant awarded by the State (Crous) and wards of the Nation are automatically exempt from payment of tuition fees on presentation of the 2024/2025 grant certificate.
- For students from outside the European Union: Tuition fees for new FISE 1st-year engineering students are 4,850 euros (unless there is a specific agreement or school convention with the country of origin).
- Note: students from outside the European Union holding a temporary residence permit and dependent on a tax household located in France for at least two years pay the same fee as French and European Union nationals: 3,200 euros.
