Adeline began her career in industry in operational management positions. With ten years' experience, including 2 years abroad, she joined the organization and management consulting sector in 2017. She assists companies in all sectors with their sustainable transformation projects, from the design and diagnostic stages through to implementation, including coaching teams through change.
Adeline has also spoken at several conferences on the themes of sustainability and circularity, and contributes to the FRANCE SUPPLY CHAIN working group on circular supply chains.

With more than 20 years' experience in transformation consulting, both in industry and retail, Anaïs supports management in the creation and management of their transformation projects in terms of business model, organization, supply chain & operations processes & IS. Her areas of expertise at Citwell include sustainability (including the circular economy) and demand & planning (including APS and Demand Driven).
She is also a recognized facilitator of change, both in its cultural and organizational aspects, and in the development of team skills and collective intelligence in CODIRs.
Within the FRANCE SUPPLY CHAIN association, Anaïs co-leads the circular supply chain working group, part of the SupplyChain4Good LAB, alongside Aimé-Frederic Rosenzweig, supply chain expert leader at Renault.

Guillaume Allemand has over 25 years' experience in customer service, supply chain and operations performance consulting. In the course of his career, he has carried out numerous projects to transform industrial and logistics operations, from diagnostics to implementation support. Before founding Citwell, Guillaume managed the supply chain of a Pfizer plant, and participated in the development of life sciences activities at Gemini Consulting and Ineum Consulting.
