We are pleased to present this collaborative workshop organized by the France Supply Chain Endowment Fund: SUPPLY CHAIN 4 GOOD, and the members of the “Shared Modal Shift” initiative: Legrand, Michelin, Renault, and Argon & Co.

This 3-hour workshop will be structured around three key components:

Sharing Feedback

Overview of the initiative’s key lessons, successes, and challenges from the perspectives of both shippers and operators

Projection for 2035

Using the Business Model Canvas for shared mobility, we will work together to identify what needs to be put in place to make the modal shift a reality by 2035 for all stakeholders.

Jointly Establishing the Conditions for Success

During the plenary session, we will work together to formulate operational principles that would help ensure a future initiative gets off to a better start, particularly by involving carriers and operators from the design phase onward. This collective output will be shared at the end of the workshop.
