As part of the activities of the Digital and Technologies lab, a survey among France Supply Chain members over the^1st quarter of 2024 has highlighted 13 generative AI use cases. Some of these use cases can already be implemented, while others are still prospective, in the development phase. As a member of France Supply Chain, ServiceNow aims to respond as closely as possible to the business priorities of our partner companies.
