The France Supply Chain Women’s Community invites you to its next in-person event: an all-women’s study trip to the Lyon area on Friday, November 27.

A day to visit exceptional sites, connect with inspiring teams, and advance gender equality in the workplace, alongside leading companies.

Renault Trucks (Volvo Group)
Tour of the heavy-duty truck production plant—including electric trucks—which produces 200 trucks per day in Bourg-en-Bresse. Topics of discussion:

- Decarbonizing Road Transportation by 2030
- Decarbonizing the Volvo Group's Internal Logistics with Battery-Powered Electric Trucks

Tour of one of the group’s largest distribution centers for finished goods—more than 200 metric tons of goods and 90 trucks per day, smart automation (AGVs, Supervision Tower), and sustainable solutions (3D printing, sustainable disassembly).
- Discussions and meetings centered on their vision: a connected, inclusive supply chain focused on Industry 4.0.

On Thursday, November 26, the Lab Jeunes is hosting an intergenerational evening in Lyon, to which you’ll be invited—yet another reason to make the trip!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Bus fare contribution : €110 (excluding tax ) (members) / €140 (excluding tax) (non-members)
The project will proceed with a minimum of 10 participants— space is limited to a maximum of 20 people (priority given to members)
Travel to Lyon and lodging: at your own expense
Participation is subject to approval by the host companies
