Words from women in Supply Chain
Numerous women are involved on a daily basis in all Supply Chain professions. However, they only occupy 10% to 20% of Supply Chain management positions. This inequality of representations is certainly one of the challenges to be met by our profession.
Beyond the figures, the HR LAB found it interesting to capture the testimonies of 9 women in Supply Chain on their career path.
This project highlights the richness of the various Supply Chain professions and demonstrates that they are accessible to all women. These lively, diverse and inspiring testimonies allow us to better understand our professions, and illustrate how they are: varied, rich, exciting, offering bridges and real evolutions, serving essential stakes, notably CSR...
Their smiles reflect the passion that drives them every day in carrying out their missions. We hope that their passion and commitment will touch you, as it did us.
