CEO of MGCM Academy

Zahir Bouchaala is a Supply Chain expert with almost 25 years' experience. Starting out in the field, he quickly climbed the ladder, occupying strategic positions and managing optimization and transformation projects within industrial, distribution and service companies. His expertise has led him to work as an independent consultant, supporting major international groups in improving processes and digitizing operations.

In 2014, he joined MGCM Academy as a trainer, convinced that skills development is essential to business performance. On the strength of his commitment and vision, he took over as director in 2019, developing the training offering to meet the new challenges of the Supply Chain.

He is also co-founder of BEVOLTA, a software solution dedicated to optimizing the planning and execution of supply chain operations.
