Senior Consultant

Argon & Co is looking for senior consultants for strategy and operations transformation consulting assignments.

Your tasks:

You will work as part of a project team composed of Argonauts under the supervision of the project manager. Working closely with clients, you will manage a project workstream with impeccable analytical and documentation skills, and ensure the production of the associated deliverables:

• Data Analysis for Diagnostic Purposes
• Drafting summaries of findings and areas for improvement
• Planning and facilitating workshops with the client
• Monitoring field activities with client teams
• Formalization of Deliverables

Here are a few examples of projects you'll have the chance to work on:

• Help procurement departments rethink their choice and location of suppliers to increase agility and competitiveness while reducing their environmental impact
• Raise our clients' awareness of sustainable development issues by offering them sustainable strategic and operational solutions.
• Rethinking distribution models to reduce the carbon footprint and streamline inventory
• Implement best practices in planning and procurement, and carry out on-site initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Support our clients in optimizing their cash flow by helping them optimize their inventory, improve payment terms, or implement a strategy to reduce waste
• Offer our clients a digital transformation plan that includes machine learning, robotics, and automation solutions.
• Supporting major transformation projects, planning and facilitating change
• Rethinking Performance Management to Better Address Strategic Priorities

You also actively contribute to the firm's operations through various internal projects (recruitment, CSR, internal affairs, knowledge management, promoting our services, etc.)

Your profile:

You are a graduate of a prestigious business or engineering school, or hold a high-level university degree
You have significant early-career experience in Argon & Co.’s areas of expertise
You are dynamic, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
