Logistics Site Manager

Turnpoint is a recruitment agency specializing in Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport functions.

For one of our customers, we are recruiting a Logistics Site Manager, a true operational orchestra conductor and a key player in the transformation of a benchmark logistics site.

You will have overall responsibility for the site, including day-to-day performance management, team management and transformation projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Guarantee site performance (costs, quality, deadlines)
• Manage, engage and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Optimize human, technical and financial resources
• Manage continuous improvement and transformation projects
• Define and monitor key KPIs for precise, responsive management
• Maintain a healthy, collaborative social climate
• Represent the company in dealings with local authorities and partners

Your profile:

We are looking for a logistics expert, both operational and strategic.

Your skills :

• Solid experience in managing complex logistics sites
• Advanced transformation management (lean, digitalization, etc.)
• Managing large-scale projects
• Fluent English (international environment)
• Spirit of transformation: you challenge without rushing
• A natural leader, a team player and a good listener
• Ability to manage several subjects simultaneously with method and rigor
• Global vision and a sense of practicality
• Excellent communicator, at ease with both teams and authorities.
