Group Supply Chain Methods Manager

Turnpoint is a recruitment agency specializing in Supply Chain, Transport and Logistics professions and functions.

We are recruiting a Group Supply Chain Methods Manager for one of our customers, a well-known group specializing in research and biotechnology.

Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Department, you will play a key role in defining, formalizing and optimizing Supply Chain processes, and ensuring their deployment across all subsidiaries.

In this capacity, your missions are the following:

• Steering and formalizing the S&OP process, with follow-up routines, KPIs and monitoring tools.
• Structure and harmonize industrial planning and inventory management.
• Develop and animate Supply Chain KPIs in PowerBI and ensure monthly reviews.
• Train, coach and support the Supply Chain teams of the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Contribute to the deployment of the Core Model and the Supply Chain community.
• Produce analyses, prepare audits and integrate market best practices.
• Act as PMO for Supply Chain projects and Finance contact for budgets.

Profile required:

• 5-year degree in engineering, logistics or supply chain, ideally APICS-certified
• 7 to 10 years' supply chain experience in an international industrial environment.
• Mastery of key processes and tools: logistics flows, S&OP, Lean/Six Sigma, VSM, SAP/ERP/CRM, Demand Planning, advanced Excel, PowerBI.
• Fluent English / Portuguese appreciated
• Recognized leadership, pedagogy and ability to federate multicultural teams.

Regular travel in France and abroad
