This webinar was designed to:

  • help you in this transformation process
  • to enlighten your choices regarding these new uses and solutions

HOW ?

AND THEN?

You will have the keys to understand the possible solutions and the gains to expect.

Online event open to all with registration

The exclusive information that will be presented during this event is extracted from the White Paper of the same name, published in parallel to the Webinar and accessible only to France Supply Chain members.

Designed within the framework of the Digital Lab, this reference document was made possible thanks to the contributions of manufacturers, service providers, consultants and solution publishers, each of whom brought their expertise to bear on the challenges of digitalizing transportation.

PROCESS MINING FOR THE SUPPLY CHAIN

  • How can you make the most of your process data to improve the operational excellence of your Supply Chain?
  • How can you involve all the players in your ecosystem to help your practices evolve in an agile and sustainable way?
Join Arkema's Jean-Marc Viallate, France Supply Chain's Yann De Feraudy, Sopra Steria's Amélie Jayet and Philippe Armandon, and Celonis' Geoffrey Gabelle on September 21 in Paris to discuss and share new perspectives.

Launch of the Community - Supply Chain Risk Management

With the last few years being very eventful and the VUCA aspects continuing to grow, risk management is becoming more and more important within organizations. This topic is naturally carried at the level of your company, but what exactly is it within your Supply Chains?

It is a profession, know-how and a state of mind that organizations must develop.

I am a member and I want to join the community

I am not a member and wish to register

We believe that France Supply Chain can help the profession to collectively increase its competence and propose to create a community of :

SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT MANAGERS

Does this profession already exist in your company? Themes that could be addressed :

  • Classification and rating of Supply Chain risks
  • Cross-functional action plans

    (finance, purchasing, engineering...)

  • Collaborative work with suppliers

    (SC depth management, rows n)

  • IT tools for risk management
  • Risk mitigation methods and levers

    (continuity plans)

  • Academic aspects of risk management

(link with other sectors: e.g. insurance, finance (stress tests))

  • Risk management governance

As a preliminary to the creation of this community, we would like to organize a "scoping" meeting with those of you or your representatives who are motivated by this subject.

As this is an invitation-only event, we need to check if you are on the guest list. Please enter your email address and validate this form.

LAUNCH OF THE WAREHOUSE EXPERTS COMMUNITY

Within the framework of its Lab SC4GOOD, France Supply Chain organized with its voluntary members an exchange to share their solutions to progress together on our environmental challenges.

Through concrete exchanges and visits to warehouses, the various stakeholders were able to discover throughout the year the best practices in place in the warehouses visited.

With the will to go further and to perpetuate this principle of exchange, France Supply Chain wishes to set up a community of warehouse experts

Our goal is to continue to share our tools and solutions in order to continuously improve the practices of our partner companies. Each expert will share his or her best practices, which can be used by all or part of the participants, for an enriching experience for all.

A call for volunteers is therefore organized in order to found and maintain this community.

In summary
  • Monthly workshops
  • Site visits per year
  • For warehouse managers and team leaders
Go live in April, get ready to go!
