Within its Lab SC4Good, France Supply Chain is launching a working group dedicated to packaging. Directly linked to our reflections on the Circular Supply Chain, these subjects are among our main concerns.

This community aims to :

REGISTRATION

participation*.

  • Reduce

    environmental impact

e-commerce packaging, both in terms of reducing CO2 emissions and waste, especially plastic (non-recyclable) waste.

  • Improve

    consumer perception

ensuring the right balance between perceived quality and service, product protection and environmental impact

We are convinced that it is possible to move our supply chains forward by promoting the circular economy, restoring biodiversity and drastically reducing pollution.

A CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS HAS THEREFORE BEEN ORGANIZED TO FOUND AND RUN THIS COMMUNITY.

Measuring CO2 emissions from transport

I am a member and I want to participate

I am not a member and wish to register

The workshop will be composed of multiple sub-workshops to reflect on the following themes (not exhaustive and not final):

  • What is the advantage/disadvantage of the current measure?

  • What GHG information do carriers provide to customers?

  • How can the efforts made by carriers be promoted to shippers?

  • What are the obstacles and motivations for moving towards more accurate measurement of CO2 emissions?

  • What could be the value proposition around CO2 emissions data exchange?

Attention, the number of places is limited

This day will be animated by

How can we move from an estimate of transportCO2 based on assumptions to a real measurement highlighting the progress made by transporters?

You are a carrier and you want to highlight all the efforts made to reduce the environmental impact? Do you want to think with us about how to make this information available while guaranteeing the security of the information?

Then join us!

LOGISTICS, transport, supply chain: focus on feedback on prevention

During the Préventica exhibition in Paris, we will have the pleasure of welcoming you to a round table discussion on solutions to reduce drudgery in warehouses.

In a context of hyper-competition where the supply chain must be agile, fast and reactive, signs of weakness can accumulate due to the tension of the flows, the repetitiveness of the operations, the heterogeneity of the handling supports and the lack of coordination between the actors of the transport, logistics or Supply Chain sector. The prism of occupational health gives a new look at the organizations of this sector. They testify on this round table to illustrate in a simple way, by the collective and/or individual approach, the possible global and efficient improvements of the organizations and the working conditions.

Speakers:
  • Laurent DEPRET

    QHSE Manager, TRANSPORTS BRAY

  • Émilie BOULIN

Prevention Manager, AFT TRANSPORT ET LOGISTIQUE

  • Benjamin LAFFINEUR

    Head of Innovation, LOGS

Maritime transport: How do shippers work together to decarbonize their container flows? Cooperation France Supply Chain/AUTF

from 16:00 to 17:30 SITL - Actu Room

In an increasingly uncertain maritime context, the decarbonization of container transport is a difficult subject to grasp given the opacity of the trajectories of maritime carriers and the uncertainty of future solutions.

Initiated in June 2021 within the framework of the FRANCE SUPPLY CHAIN and AUTF associations, this initiative, which today brings together 22 international shippers, has made it possible to launch a call for tenders in 2022 to deploy two transport lines between Europe and the United States in 2025, using container ships propelled mainly by sail, which will reduce the carbon footprint by 50%.

It is a new stage, full of promise, that could only be achieved through this collaboration.

They will be followed by the opening of new routes to Asia, West and Central Africa.

Innovation in the service of working conditions in the warehouse

from 12:40 to 13:50 SITL - Conversation Room

Within the framework of its SC4Good Lab, dedicated to CSR, France Supply Chain has mobilized about thirty companies to publish, in a Toolbook, the solutions allowing to reduce laboriousness in warehouse.

Although certain handling and driving activities in the warehouse can expose employees to occupational risks (in particular MSD), new technological solutions have been available for several years now, making it possible to better objectify the risks and also to reduce them. This conference, hosted by FM Logistic and the Rocher Group, who have piloted the creation of the Toolbook, will be an opportunity to share solutions and practices used in the warehouse:

  • Ergonomic analysis tools using sensors and videos
  • The use of virtual reality in design and training
  • Exoskeletons
