Our client is a world-renowned player in the field of luxury perfumery and cosmetics and is currently experiencing strong growth.

Relying on a real know-how and a positioning of Craftsman / Industrial, this entity recruits a Purchasing Manager in order to define, structure and boost its sourcing strategy.

Reporting to the Site Manager and working with the various departments, your responsibilities include:

  • Define the purchasing strategy for raw materials (oils, flavors, etc.), packaging and subcontracting with regard to the challenges and the Group's purchasing policy,
  • Prepare and conduct annual negotiations within the profitability objective defined by the Group,
  • Manage the cost prices of products by integrating the entire value chain, particularly the development and production teams,
  • Find solutions to improve price, time and quality,
  • Prepare and conduct annual negotiations with suppliers approved by the Group
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance of services provided.

You have a 5 years university degree, ideally completed by a specialization in Purchasing (MAI type), and you have significant experience in a similar position in the Cosmetics, Pharma, Chemical or Agro environment.

You have a taste for negotiation and are results-oriented. In addition to your expertise, you are known for your interpersonal skills, your ability to analyze and summarize, and your ability to adapt.

Fluent English.

Industrial Buyer/Provisioner M/F

Our client is an industrial company on a human scale (200 people, €50M turnover) with strong human values and a leader in its market. Within the framework of a future departure, they are recruiting their new Purchaser-Provider.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your missions are :

- Monitor contract performance conditions,
- Estimate the quantities of products to be ordered based on inventory status, forecasted sales, order frequency, supplier lead time and minimum stock levels,
- Transmit orders to suppliers,
- Determine order requirements based on sales forecasts in order to anticipate the risk of shortages,
- Ensuring the normative and regulatory compliance of purchased products,
- Manage administrative tasks,
- Participate in various inventories,
- Evaluate and source suppliers, subcontractors and service providers,
- Carry out calls for tenders,
- Establish the CDC,
- Analyze responses to a call for tenders,
- Negotiate prices, deadlines and quality,
- Participate in the design of the annual purchasing action plan, implementation and follow-up,
- Follow up the dashboards and KPIs,
- Handle litigation files (disputes, claims),
- Reconcile documents for invoice control,
- Follow up on supplier files,
- Communicate the prices and quantities to the Methods Department for the establishment and follow-up of the PRI.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the industry. You know how to read a technical drawing, technical data sheet, safety data sheet, specifications and purchase contract. You have a taste for technology. You like to work in a team and have a good sense of communication and interpersonal skills. Rigor, pragmatism and ability to synthesize will be essential qualities to succeed and evolve in the company. Your English is operational. The position is located 1 hour south of Bordeaux.

Ideally, you are familiar with SAP.

You have an affinity with the agri-food sector.

You must be proficient in Excel (TCD RV).

You must speak Italian (Italian suppliers do not speak English).

Your missions will be :

- Management of the logistics team (5-10 people),
- Responsible for the flow of goods: Reception, approval, registration, storage, repackaging, deliveries,
- Organization and methodology of the warehouse (continuous improvement),
- Handling and preparation of customer orders,
- Responsible for the life of the warehouse,
- Relation with drivers and service providers.

You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.

You have the CACES 1, 3.
