Logistics Platform Manager

MISSIONS
Reporting to the Logistics Director, you will assume the full responsibilities of a true field manager, close to your teams, guaranteeing service quality.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Operational management of a warehouse logistics platform (frozen and fresh),
- Ensuring the quality of subcontracted transport from the platform,
- Manage and lead the multi-disciplinary teams reporting to you,
- Ensure the smooth running of all site activities, both at operational level (receiving, order preparation and preparation of goods for dispatch) and at organizational level (maintenance, HR, quality, safety),
- Implement, comply with and ensure compliance with processes defined by the company,
- Monitor your productivity and delivery quality indicators,
- Ensure daily reporting of your site's activity to the relevant departments,
- Provide operational support for the company's logistics transformation projects (IT/SI, continuous improvement, etc.),
- Coordinate employee representatives and ensure a good labor relations climate at the site.Profile
You have an engineering or business degree (Bac +4/+5) and at least 10 years' significant and successful experience in distribution logistics (warehouse management in Retail - E-commerce - Downstream Logistics - LAD...).
The following professional qualities are required:
- Expertise in operational management and logistics site management
- Experience in frozen food logistics or cold chain management would be a plus, but is not essential.
- Ability to work in project mode
- Aptitude for innovative environments (e-commerce, mechanization/automation)
- Knowledge of information systems such as ERP and WMS is required
