Le « baromètre des tendances technologiques de France Supply Chain » en partenariat avec BearingPoint a pour objectif de dresser un état d’avancement complet des transformations digitales en cours dans les Supply Chains de l’écosystème. Son but est de partager les bonnes pratiques tout comme les
difficultés rencontrées dans le cadre de chantiers de digitalisation.
Après quelques années de silence, cette 3e édition de notre panorama voit l’émergence d’un axe majeur, celui de la circularité. Vous y retrouverez bien sûr tous les sujets de digitalisation des Supply Chains (automatisation, RPA, IA, traçabilité, etc.).

Au travers de cette enquête, nous avons souhaité comprendre plusieurs choses :

Cette édition intègre une analyse qualitative qui a permis d’affiner les réponses de certains répondants par des interviews et d’offrir plus de profondeur et de concret à cette étude (acteurs issus de secteurs d’activité et de taille diverses).

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Les entreprises gagnent en maturité et discernement : une recherche assumée du bon usage, au bon endroit, pour le bon métier.
  • Certaines technologies ont perdu de leur attrait (blockchain)…
  • … quand d’autres se sont consolidées durablement (RPA, traçabilité, IoT) …
  • …. ou ont émergé comme de nouveaux piliers (plateformes de données, reconnaissance d’image à l’aide d’IA).
  • Certaines batailles semblent désormais derrière nous, les prochaines porteront sur l’automatisation accrue et plus intelligente des processus physiques et décisionnels, et leur passage à l’échelle.

The “France Supply Chain Technology Trends Barometer,” in partnership with BearingPoint, aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the digital transformations currently underway in the supply chains’ ecosystem. Its goal is to share best practices as well as the challenges encountered in digitalization projects.

After a few years of silence, this third edition of our overview highlights the emergence of a major focus: circularity. You will, of course, find all the topics related to supply chain digitization (automation, RPA, AI, traceability, etc.).

Through this survey, we sought to understand several things:

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Companies are becoming more mature and discerning: they are actively seeking the right use case, in the right place, for the right business.
  • Some technologies have lost their appeal (blockchain)…
  • … while others have established themselves as long-term solutions (RPA, traceability, IoT)…
  • …. or have emerged as new pillars (data platforms, AI-powered image recognition).
  • Some battles now seem to be behind us; the next ones will focus on the increased and smarter automation of physical and decision-making processes, and their scaling up.
