Missions

 

Reporting to Eymeric de Pelleport, VP Sales, the Junior Business Development Manager will contribute to the development of the company and the acquisition of new customers.

 

Here are the details of the tasks that will be entrusted to you:

 

1. commercial intelligence (knowledge of the market and the players) :

- Daily preparation of press reviews

- Synthesis of strategic articles

- Participation in webinars, conferences

- Participation in trade shows (SITL, Supply Chain Event, Paris Retail Week, Solutrans, etc.)

 

2. prospecting (identification and follow-up of the customer acquisition strategy) :

- Identification of potential suspects/prospects and a privileged contact (C-Level manager) for targeted prospection

- Production of summary sheets presenting the suspects/prospects

- Making contact, sending the value proposition and making an appointment

- Participate in prospecting meetings

- Monitoring and systematic updating of the Commercial Pipe

 

3. Commercial follow-up (loyalty, follow-up of commercial and strategic partnerships) :

- Monitoring and renewal of contracts

- Helping to formalise pricing offers (consulting, SprintExecutives clients, learning expeditions, etc.)

- Active participation in the formalisation of new commercial offers

- Active participation in the deployment of SprintProject internationally (Canada, Singapore, North Africa)

- Commercial and financial follow-up of partnerships (EVOLUE, SITL, SITL Golf Cup...)

- Participation and assistance in the management of innovative collaborative projects

 

4. Events (in conjunction with the Communication team) :

- Ensure commercial presence during events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.)

- Carry out a field survey to apply targeted prospecting

- Ensure detailed reporting of potential leads

- Schedule travel and manage on-site logistics

 

Profile required

- You have a BAC +3 in business school or equivalent university course

- You have a good command of written and spoken English (minimum level C1)

- You are familiar with the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- You have a synthetic mind and an impeccable spelling

Field Technical Support Manager

Within the Technical Support department, you will oversee the technical support towards the regional contracts assigned to you. You shall ensure fleet Configuration management in line the different aircrafts in the fleet and OEMServices pool and will lead the Reliability management and oversee corrective actions.

Description of the mission
As part of the WMS Deployment team in the Warehousing and Copacking department, your mission will be to monitor projects focused on the deployment of the Reflex WMS solution in all our countries.

The objective of the department is to migrate another 170 projects in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania; which are either start-ups: new customers, or migrations: switch from the old WMS to Reflex or upgrades: increase in software versions.
