Description of the mission
Within the Business Solution Warehousing department of the FM Logistic Group, you are in charge of managing the industrialisation phase of our Solutions. You will be responsible for the implementation of new solutions and the maintenance of existing solutions aimed at improving our warehouse operations, as part of a continuous improvement process.
You will be responsible for the design, pilot and deployment phases of the project.

You will actively participate in :
- Integrate and package these new solutions into the FM ecosystem to improve and facilitate their deployment in production. In fact, you will have to write the specifications (technical and functional), ensure their profitability (ROI), the operating procedures
- Manage maintenance, their roadmaps and the evolution of these solutions
- Build and manage the relationship with their suppliers
- Monitor the solutions by setting up KPIs
- Monitor the market in order to identify any new functionality

Profile
You are currently studying for a Bac+4/5 in methods and industrialisation and are looking for a work-study contract in the logistics sector.

Methodical and rigorous, you are recognised for your ability to analyse and summarise.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google (especially Google Data Studio).

Fluent English is a must.

Head of the Logistics Department

The University Hospital of Rennes is looking for a Logistics Department Manager (M/F) within the Purchasing and Logistics Department.

The Purchasing and Logistics Department is organised into three departments: Purchasing, Customer-Patient Health Services and Logistics.

The Logistics department is divided into 3 sub-sectors:

  • Non-medical supply processes, logistics production: logistics platform, catering, laundry.
  • Transport and Distribution: logistical flows of materials.
  • Distribution and delivery to the care units.

Your main activities are :

In coordination with the Director and the Head of the Logistics and Hospitality Departments, you will be responsible for :

  • To prepare and implement the various logistics projects of the University Hospital in connection with the establishment project. The main objectives of the current logistics project concern the development and coordination of logistics activities within the framework of process-based management, the integration and management of all the physical flows that contribute to patient care within a unified approach, the development and control of the quality of the services provided to the activity centres within the framework of Internal Service Provision Contracts, and the development of territorial logistics (joint management, GHT and beyond).
  • Coordinate and regulate all of the above logistics activities of the University Hospital: guarantee the quality and efficiency of the logistics chain, take into account emerging needs and the evolution of systems and activities, draw up and monitor the budgets dedicated to his/her sector, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, supervise the sector managers, set up and monitor management indicators
  • Providing assistance and methodological advice to facilitate the planning and coordination of all operations prior to the opening of a building or service.
  • Manage its multi-year investment programme.
  • To manage the certification of the CHU's logistics activities.
  • Participate in the project to create and implement the logistics master plan for the Rennes University Hospital.

Depending on the profile of the professional, the coordination of a Procurement sector in conjunction with Purchasing may be envisaged.

Profile required:

Initial training required :

  • Logistical engineer with 5 years of higher education (school and diploma specialising in industrial logistics, supply chain)
  • An additional degree in management / project management / Lean management at Master 2 or Master level would be an important plus
  • A diploma or qualification in the field of quality and certification processes (ISO 9001, COFRAC) would be appreciated

Knowledge and skills required :

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required,
  • Experience of the hospital logistics environment would be appreciated.

The full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible by transfer, secondment or permanent contract.

Within the Business Unit France, you will implement the projects of our national and international customers in the field of warehouse management.

In this capacity, your missions are the following:

 

  • Analyze user needs and formalize them before proposing the most appropriate solutions.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Ensure the implementation, supervise or carry out the parameterization.

Transport Purchasing Manager

Within the Supply Chain Department of the Business Unit (international industrial group), reporting to the Head of Purchasing Europe, you will be a player in your area and will also manage a team of 5 employees. The objective of this transitional mission (8 month fixed term contract) is to optimise the purchasing performance on Transport and Non-Production subjects for the whole of the European perimeter. The Transport Purchasing dimension is an important component with 40 M€ out of 60 M€, so you can put forward a similar and significant experience in Transport purchasing (maritime and road).

Possibility, at the end of this transitional mission, of evolution within the company, in a context of international development.

Your missions:

  • Lead your team,
  • Negotiate and manage contracts,
  • Supporting calls for tenders, in relation with the operational prescribers,

Your main mission:

Implement a new performance monitoring tool
(in connection with the WMS Reflex)

The current system for monitoring the performance of our employees needs to be improved. Since the arrival of "data" in the company, new tools for data visualization are available at FM and we need you to :

- Imagining the solution functionally: you will of course be accompanied by experts.
- Create a first "raw" performance monitoring tool (comparison of volumes and hours): you will rely on the advanced functionalities of the company's DataVisualisation tools in order to create the KPIs.
- Collaborate with the operational staff to check that the tool is well handled: you will have to analyze their appreciation, synthesize their feedback and the strengths / weaknesses of the tool.
- Improve the solution to arrive at a "net" performance monitoring (with manual data entry).
- Implement the solution on a site.
