Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your main objective will be to ensure the logistical supervision of the warehouse activities within a perimeter defined with your line manager.

 

  • You will supervise the processing of operations within the framework of the customs, tax and international transport regulations in force. In the event of a malfunction, you will intervene to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
  • You will be responsible for the operational management of the team: Organisation of the team's work, management of schedules, conducting annual interviews, leading weekly team meetings, etc.
  • You are the guarantor of the activity's performance. To achieve this objective, you will implement the necessary organisation in line with company policy. You will also put in place all the tools, processes and feedback to the teams to measure and improve performance.
  • You will define and implement the most appropriate logistics solutions for our customers' needs in agreement with the logistics managers in charge of the customer accounts.
  • You will work in continuous proximity with your hierarchy and cross-functional departments.
  • You ensure that procedures and safety standards are respected.
  • You will be able to make proposals to improve the services and management of logistics operations in your area.
  • You will define and monitor the KPIs of the activity and the continuous improvement within the framework of a Lean management approach
  • As a Manager, you are responsible for maintaining a good social climate. You prepare and lead meetings with your teams. You participate in the logistics steering committee in order to present your results and give the best possible feedback to your teams.
  • Your role is also to federate these teams around possible projects and you carry the decisions of the management and the company.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the service sector and for an international company or 5 years experience in a similar position.

Your versatility, rigour and methodology will be the keys to success in this position. Your ability to manage and your good interpersonal skills have been recognised in your previous experience.

English is essential for this position.

You have a solid knowledge of Lean management.

Reporting to the Director of Logistics Operations, your main objective will be to ensure the management of Transport.

Your missions:

  • Coordinate and organise transport for shipments and collections
  • Tracking and monitoring of transport flows
  • Ensuring compliance with transport standards (all modes of transport)
  • Negotiate and implement transport contracts
  • Coordinate daily activity with the operation
  • To manage the follow-up of the services provided
  • Produce transport performance indicators

  • Issue malfunction sheets and progress sheets as part of a continuous improvement process

Reporting to the Director of Logistics Operations, your main objective will be to manage and supervise the teams and the logistics activity of the warehouse located at the company's head office.

You are particularly responsible for the following activities

- Operational management of the warehouse teams: Organisation of the work of the teams, management of schedules, annual interviews, forward-looking management of jobs and skills, setting objectives in order to keep the department's budget, leading weekly team meetings, etc...

- Management of the operations manager(s)

- Analysing and improving the overall performance of the department, in particular by implementing Lean management tools.

- To seek the continuous optimisation of the means and resources necessary for the activity of its perimeter committed by the company.

- Monitoring of activity KPIs and continuous improvement as part of a Lean approach

- Work in close and continuous proximity with the Customs and Transport Managers, Account Managers, AOG, for the whole activity of his department and the whole activity of the company.

Reporting :

- To report regularly to the Logistics Operations Manager on all activities of the department.

- Provide weekly feedback to all teams on the department's KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Information Systems

- To manage projects for the development of IS functionalities within its scope in cooperation with its management, the IT department and the other departments concerned.

- Participate in the monitoring of best practices in information systems and warehouse automation

Quality :

- Deployment of Quality in the warehouse

- To be an actor in the environmental process and to put in place the logistical means to support this process

- Compliance and deployment in security and storage

- Follow-up of actions resulting from the improvement process

- Use of available documentation: instructions, operating procedures

You have a higher education degree and have more than 5 years of experience in a similar position. You are both diplomatic and creative, you know how to federate and convince. You will also have to demonstrate rigour and an ability to adapt in a very dynamic environment. You are fluent in English and have a working knowledge of Lean management methods.

Material Planning Manager

Reporting to the Equipment Support Manager, you will participate in the development of the stock optimisation activity with the main objective of balancing the value of stocks and customer services.

Your missions:

  • Commercial :

Optimise the availability of stock on the shelf for all services provided by OEMServices to all its customers (OEMs / airlines / others)

  • Customer / supplier relations :

Drawing up an annual strategy for the development of direct or indirect investment and divestment.
Be responsible for the aircraft dismantling project and its operational activities.
Ensure communication and transparency of purchase/sales recommendations by being active in the promotion of stocks (trading, consignment, etc.)
Creation of purchase orders and monitoring of deliveries.
Monitoring of invoicing and financial outstandings via dashboards to be shared monthly with management and Finance.
Participation in supplier meetings covering stock management.
Implementing the stock management and administration manual.
Active support to sales campaigns.
To be recognised as the subject matter expert with the objective of sharing knowledge and techniques with our OEM shareholders / partners.

  • Quality :

Develop and support the use of a stock optimisation tool common to all stock issues.
Setting up performance indicators, analysing and monitoring the resulting actions by evaluating, for example, the quality of forecasts as part of a continuous improvement process.
Be aware of stock optimisation techniques (e.g. quantile grids, probabilistic forecasts, etc.) by taking part in trade fairs in order to be a source of proposals on this subject.

  • Regulation :

Ensure compliance with the regulations (export control in particular) in accordance with the instructions of the post responsible for Customs, as well as all applicable EASA and/or FAA standards and directives
Be attentive and responsible for all attempts at active or passive corruption in accordance with the law.
