Missions

Reporting to the Operations Department, the Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of our software at the customer's site, within the timeframe and budget. You will lead the project from signature to production.
Working in a team, he/she relies on internal technical relays and the product department. The Logistics Project Manager works in a variety of sectors, with a wide range of issues relating to warehouse management, mechanization, e-commerce and transport management.
You will be required to :

Define the functional coverage adapted to customer needs and project requirements
Specify the exchange flows between our solutions and third-party systems (ERP, etc.)
Manage the scope of the project by informing the client of any out-of-budget requests
Guarantee the schedule in consultation with the Infflux and client teams
Prevent cost and quality deviations to guarantee the project's completion margin objective
Handle alerts and manage internal and customer communication
Participate in the parameterization of our solutions
Ensure the training of key users
Supervise the deployment of our solutions on site and assist the client during the production start-up

Logistics / Supply Chain engineer background
Experience in logistics, for example: Warehouse management / Significant contribution to the deployment of WMS, TMS or WCS solution / TMS or WMS application support
Mobile in Metropolitan France
Driving licence
Rigor, autonomy, curiosity, good interpersonal skills, team spirit, leadership, good writing skills
Good command of English, and possibly other languages

SCRIPT DEVELOPER - M/F

Missions

With its highly configurable modular architecture, the BEXT software package, developed by Infflux, implements many areas of computer programming: client/server architecture, multi-tasking, HMI, mobility. In a highly competitive market that is constantly being modernized, Infflux is committed to developing its offer in order to anticipate the logistics of tomorrow.
As a script developer, you will develop in Lua, a simple and powerful scripting language. You will regularly use the Qt framework and develop GUIs in QM language. Occasionally, you will develop in C++/Qt. You will work in a multidisciplinary team and will be required to :

Participate in the mechanization of warehouses for major players in industry and commerce
Develop algorithms to fluidify and optimize the preparation and sorting of goods within the warehouse
Develop tactile graphical interfaces to improve the performance and working conditions of pickers
Live large projects from the inside, from the functional analysis to the installation on site
Profile required

Minimum education BAC+2 in computer science
Mastery of at least one scripting language (ideally Lua, failing that JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.)
Experience in querying or administration of SQL databases
Rigor, respect for specifications, good interpersonal skills

The development of evolutions on our standard software (new functionality, performance improvement, etc.)

Reporting to the Functional and Training Manager (Product Management), the functional expert is responsible for the specifications of the product's evolutions and their follow-up, for the product documentation and for the animation of the internal training.

As a product owner, he/she works in close collaboration with the development and project departments. As such, he/she is responsible for :

- Leading specification meetings with the requester and the development department,

- Reception and testing of developments,

- Versioning follow-up

- Writing of technical and user documentation

- The realization of the version sheets

As a trainer, he/she will primarily be responsible for:

- The design of teaching materials,

Improving knowledge of the Bext solution internally

- Facilitation of face-to-face and distance learning courses

As a business expert, he/she intervenes in the first phases of the project, namely :

- Presentation of the standard to the customer

- Specific/standard arbitration

- Support to the Infflux project manager during the project

Profile Sought

- Training in logistics and/or computer science

- Fluent English required

- Mastery of the general logistics environment. (Warehouse and transport)

- Mastery of the Office suite

- Mobile in Metropolitan France (1 trip per month with overnight stay)

- Experience in a software company and knowledge of a WMS or TMS are a plus

- Teamwork and leadership, rigor, adaptability, good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation are the qualities needed for this position.

PRE-SALES ENGINEER - M/F

Missions

Our new offers are driving the strong growth of our business. In this context, the pre-sales engineer provides technical support to the sales engineers to help them during the different phases of the sales process.
After a training period on our products, and with the support of the product teams, your missions will be :
Analyze the prospect's needs and propose the most appropriate solution
To answer calls for tenders
To support, demonstrate and argue the offer and its choices in front of the customer
Answer the client's questions to reassure them of the relevance of the proposed solution
Contribute to the identification of feasibility and profitability criteria
Accompany and support the sales representative during the various sales phases
Contribute to the development of the technical parts of the commercial proposal

C++ DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - M/F

The C++ Qt developer (M/F) is part of an R&D team of about twenty employees. He/she will program the new modules of the BEXT range while guaranteeing the proper functioning of existing software.
After a period of training on our products as well as on the basic concepts of logistics, you will apply your skills to new warehouse and transport management projects.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER - M/F

Missions

Within the Customer Support team, you will develop expertise on our products and provide high added value assistance to our customers. On the front line, you will contribute to strengthening our brand image.
You will be required to :

Assist customers by phone and using our internal tools
Reproduce the problem reported by the customer, make an initial diagnosis, and eventually analyze the case in depth with the development teams
Carry out the functional tests, validate the patches
Maintain communication with the customer
Profile required

Training in engineering or higher technician
Sense of service and listening skills, empathy, self-control
Rigor, respect for procedures, curiosity
Technical knowledge: SQL, XML, LUA, JS, servers and virtual machines, etc.

Reporting to the IT Department France and as a WMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for the deployment of WMS in the context of our business start-ups in France.

During your integration, you will follow an adapted path in order to understand the world of operations, you will understand its processes; you will discover the needs of continuous improvement / process methods; to finally master the management of IT projects (Warehouse Management System).

In the long term, you will be in close contact with the operational and support teams. Your main missions will be as follows

- You guarantee the progress of the projects in the respect of the commitments taken in term of quality, cost (investments and operating cost of the solution), satisfaction of the internal customers and deadline;

- You manage the entire project: framing and preparation of action plans, increasing the skills of the teams, project follow-up;

You will join the company as part of a permanent position with a succession of assignments in France before being permanently assigned to one of our sites.

You start the course with an operational management function (Team Leader), before integrating an intermediate function (Operational Manager) allowing you to understand the customer relationship and, at the end of the course (30/32 months), be appointed to the target function of Production Manager.

Eventually, your missions will cover 4 axes:

- Management of teams of 50 to 100 employees.
- Operational management of a co-packing project: organization of teams, continuous improvement of services, actions related to safety and quality.
- Management of the commercial relationship with the customer.
- Financial management of your activity: profitability and productivity through the monitoring of your operating account and performance indicators.
