THE POST:

Reporting to Clémence, Head of ETYO Green Insight, you will develop, manage and carry out the following missions

  • Support the development of Green Supply Chain Management and Sustainable Product Lifecycle Management (Green PLM) for our customers,
  • Implementing eco-responsible warehouses (bioclimatic eco-design, optimized management, etc.),
  • Set up territorial charters for sustainable urban logistics ("last mile") within the framework of EPZs (Charter for Sustainable Urban Logistics, InTerLUD projects, etc.),
  • Carry out Sustainable Development due diligence and performance mapping,
  • Define and deploy sustainable development strategies in line with the logistics labelling standards (DGITM, 6PL by LSN, FRET21, Objectif CO2, etc.),

🎯 Coming from a Bac +5 engineering school, you have a significant experience in the field of Supply Chain, production processes and ideally urban logistics.

🎯 You are an auditor of logistics labeling standards (DGITM, 6PL by LSN, FRET21, Objectif CO2...) or you would like to become one as part of a broadening of your expertise in Sustainable Development on the entire value chain of the Green Supply Chain.

Reporting to the Head of ETYO Logistics Solutions, you will carry out consultancy assignments in the design of intralogistics processes, and will manage the implementation of project management assistance assignments. Your objective: to carry out warehouse optimization or automation projects for our customers (new projects, improvement or extension of existing systems).

The main missions are as follows:

  • Analysis of the customer's needs and logistical data,
  • Conceptualize, realize the feasibility and propose a mechanized solution,
  • Design, feasibility and sizing of a solution,
  • Management of supplier tenders,
  • Technical and financial analysis of equipment suppliers' offers,
  • Assistance with financial calculations,

Reporting to Victor, our Operations Director, you will be a Project Manager in our Roubaix office.

Your main tasks:

- Assist the client in defining and scoping functional requirements (accompanied by a business consultant if required)
- Write the functional specifications related to the client project (accompanied by a business consultant if required)
- Ensuring the profitability of the project through the management of workloads and financial elements (project reporting)

Service Manager SCM (M/F)

Reporting to Victor, our Operations Director, you will be a Service Manager in our Roubaix office.

Your main tasks will be to :

- Write the functional specifications related to the client's requests

Application Support Engineer (M/F)

Reporting to the Support Manager, you will be an Application Support Engineer in our Roubaix office.

Your main tasks will be to :

- Diagnose, monitor and resolve customer tickets
- Ensure the dispatching of tickets outside the application perimeter and manage the progress, follow-up and closure

Strategic Suppliers & Purchasing Manager

The strategic suppliers and purchasing manager analyses the market, searches for and identifies potential partnerships. He/she proposes, develops and manages the partnership policy in agreement with his/her manager. He/she develops action plans to manage and increase existing partnerships.

He is responsible for part of the group's indirect purchasing perimeter.

Reporting to the Director of Purchasing and Strategic Partnerships, the incumbent will implement and coordinate all missions related to:
Your tasks

Contractualise with equipment manufacturers and other partners in the aeronautical sector,
To manage and control the improvement of the performance of the subcontracting of the "equipment support, logistics and trading" flow.
Develop partnership relations with the various partners.
Ensure a watch to identify all potential partners
Target, identify and prospect potential partners
Manage the network of partners
Negotiate and sign partnership agreements
Collaborate in building the strategy, content and focus of partnership programmes
Ensure the implementation of agreements and monitor their evolution in a partner business plan
Analysing the results to evaluate the performance and profitability of each agreement

Develop relationships with OEMs and other suppliers (repairers, distributors, brokers, etc.):

Support and deploy the strategic partnerships policy.
Contribute to the development of the indirect purchasing strategy for its scope

Contractualise by customer file such as the "Specific Fleet Support Condition".
Participate in the formalisation of purchasing processes and in updating them in collaboration with his or her partner, the quality department and the purchasing director of strategic partnerships.
Negotiate overall pricing as well as purchase and repair prices.
Synthesise each contractual agreement and coordinate the deployment of these agreements with the operational and commercial teams.
Set up repair price lists in cooperation with the operational and commercial departments.
Implement the indirect purchasing strategy for its perimeter:
Ensure internal communication on purchasing
Ensure financial reporting
Ensure the "purchase marketing" (market research)

Produce, coordinate and communicate on performance (repair/delivery).
Identify and analyse underperformance; implement corrective actions.
Monitor suppliers' operational outstandings.
Monitor supplier financial outstandings and manage disputes, in cooperation with the relevant departments.
Develop partner relations:

Increase the level of partnership with each partner
Monitor the evolution of the partnership by partner via an indicator
Support the commercial development of the "logistics" product by identifying areas of synergy with suppliers likely to use our network.
Identify any opportunities for partnership development
Quality :

Coordinate the quality loop, progress actions and in particular the progress actions agreed with operational support.
