To support our development, we are recruiting our future managers in logistics services as part of our Graduate Program France.

You will join the company as part of a permanent position with a succession of assignments in France before being permanently assigned to one of our sites.

Conditions : Executive status. Salary evolving at each stage of the career: from 32 to 38K€.

You start the course with an operational management function (Team Leader), before integrating an intermediate function (Operational Manager) allowing you to understand the customer relationship and, at the end of the course (30/32 months), be appointed to the target function of Logistics Manager.

Eventually, your missions will cover 4 axes:

- Management of teams of 50 to 100 employees.
- Operational management of a logistic file: organization of teams, continuous improvement of services, actions related to safety and quality.
- Management of the commercial relationship with the customer.
- Financial management of your activity: profitability and productivity through the monitoring of your operating account and performance indicators.

You can also be oriented towards positions in support of operations (methods & processes, continuous improvement, WMS expertise).

Throughout your career, you will benefit from individual (adapted training) and collective (promo) follow-up allowing you to improve your skills and refine your professional project.

Your profile: 

You have a degree in engineering, management or logistics/Supply Chain, and you have less than 2 years experience in a logistics, industrial or retail environment (summer jobs, internship, work-study). And/or you have 1 to 3 years experience in team management

Work-study program - Packaging project manager M/F

Job description

YOUR MISSIONS:

Reporting to the Copacking France Department of FM LOGISTIC and working alongside our Packaging Project Manager, you will support the development of our packaging design service for our customers, major names in industry.

Your main tasks:

- You participate in ongoing projects and follow up with our customers, suppliers and internal operational teams

- You benchmark new packaging solutions

- You receive marketing briefs or propose optimizations on the basis of the existing solution

- You work with packaging suppliers to get prototypes made and competitive quotes

- You participate in the first implementations of your solutions

Travel to our activities in France is to be expected.

Your profile:

You are studying packaging design (BAC+3 to 5) and are looking for a work-study program for 1 to 2 years.

You have knowledge of cardboard and plastic packaging materials.

You master the office pack, Gsuite, graphics tools (Adobe Suite) and packaging development software (ArtiosCAD)

Internship - Supply Chain Project Manager M/F

Job description

Within the French Projects Department, you will support a project manager in the follow-up of the start-up of our logistics, packaging and transport activities.

You guarantee the progress of the project in compliance with the commitments made in terms of quality, cost (investment and operating cost of the solution), customer satisfaction and deadlines in relation with the various support and operational teams.

Your main tasks:

- You collect and analyze the needs of external and/or internal customers

- You support the operational staff in the writing of functional specifications based on the clients' needs

- You will be responsible for leading the team of support functions and operational staff to successfully complete the project

- You identify risks and propose means of control

- You follow the progress of the project: project meetings, action list, project planning

- You control the adequacy of the services and solutions in relation to the needs expressed

- You will accompany the project from the commercial validation to the operational stabilization of the file.

The list of missions is not exhaustive / Travel in France is to be expected.

Your profile: 

You have a BAC +4/5 with a specialization in General Engineering, Logistics, Project, Supply Chain and you have a first experience (internship or work-study) in a logistics department or on project management missions.

You are rigorous, have good interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for persuasion.

You master office automation tools and Gsuite. A good level of English would be a plus.

M/F Customer Support Engineer

Reporting to the Customer Support team, the Customer Support Engineer provides expert technical support to customers, and contributes to a positive brand image with INFFLUX customers.

In this capacity, it is required to :

  •         Assist customers by phone
  • Managing priorities
  • Provide user support by mastering internal support tools
  • Diagnose problems and document resolutions
  • Analyze and solve technical or usage problems
  • Filling out call sheets according to internal procedures
  • Keep the customer informed of the progress of the call sheet
  • Carry out functional tests and validate patches Reproduce the diagnosed problem in order to send it to the development department for correction and validation of the patch.

M/F Pre-sales engineer

We are looking to grow our business very strongly through our new offerings. You will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales engineers during the various phases of the sales process:

  • Analyze the prospect's needs and propose the most appropriate solution
  • To respond to calls for tenders
  • To support, demonstrate, argue the offer and its choices in front of the customer
  • To answer the customer's questions to reassure him on the relevance of the proposed solution
  • To help identify feasibility and profitability criteria
  • Accompany and support the sales person during the different sales phases
  • To contribute to the elaboration of the technical parts of the commercial proposal
  • To model the technological solution

Profile required

  •   Minimum of 2 years of higher education with experience in pre-sales of value-added software solutions is essential in the field of supply chain management

M/F Project Manager Logistics

Reporting to the operations department, the project manager is responsible for implementing our software at the client's premises, respecting deadlines and budgets. He/she will progressively be required to work on various sectors of activity, on a wide range of issues relating to warehouse management, mechanisation, e-commerce and the TS loader part. Working as part of a team, he/she will be supported by internal technical relays and the product department.

The main phases of intervention :

  •         Alert, risk and schedule management
  •         Ensure the follow-up of the project, lead steering committees
  •         Define the functional coverage adapted to customer needs and project requirements
  •         Specify the exchange flows between BEXT and third party systems (ERP,..)
  •         Participate in the parameterization of our solutions in the respect of the functional perimeter

Profile Sought

  •         Bac+5 Logistics training
  •         5 to 6 years experience in logistics.

As a true expert and contributor to the transformation of the company's Supply Chain, you will support an integrated Supply Chain that meets the growth expectations of an international group (and its internal and external customers) with tact, benevolence and perseverance.

Your main responsibility is to conceptualise, facilitate, lead, arbitrate and monitor the deployment of projects.

In transverse mode, on the entire perimeter of the Group's Supply Chain, the missions include : Procurement Functional management of subcontracted Upstream/Downstream transport activities,

We are looking for a Group Logistics Operations Manager based in the South of France for our client, a major player in distribution logistics.

As a true expert and contributor to the transformation of the company's logistics operations, you will support with tact, kindness and perseverance, an integrated logistics system that meets the growth expectations of an international group (and its internal and external customers).

You are at the heart of the company's strategy, a real force of proposal and action. You organize, coordinate and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods.

You have the following responsibilities:

  • Your main responsibility is to conceptualize, facilitate, animate, arbitrate and follow up the deployment of logistics projects.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the sites, both at the operational level (receiving, order preparation, control/packing and shipping) and at the organizational level (QHSE, Maintenance, HR, IT/SI),

THE POST:

The person who joins us as a Business Developer will play a crucial role in being the first actor of the development of all the subsidiaries of the ETYO group with industrial and logistic prospects and customers!

Within the BizDev super team, composed of 5 people, you will be responsible for developing the client portfolio and creating lasting relationships by proposing service offers adapted to their needs and problems.

You will also be responsible for responding to (and winning) tenders before handing over to the project teams.

Your main missions will be :

  • Identification of projects and prospects in the field of
  • logistics real estate, intralogistics and supply chain,
  • Establishment of adapted communication supports, with the support of our communication manager, for the chosen targets: similar references, added values, innovation on similar projects, etc,
  • Participation in the evolution of presentation materials in connection with the development of the offers,
  • Organization and realization of commercial meetings,
  • You will also develop your network by participating in professional events in the sector (trade shows, conferences, afterworks, clubs, etc.),
  • Drafting of commercial offers according to the needs of the customers and participation in the negotiations until the signature of the contracts,
