A figure that got France Supply Chain's LAB Richesses Humaines thinking. So a group conducted a survey of the association's members over the winter of 2023-2024 to understand:
- the reasons for choosing a sandwich course ;
- efficient recruitment and induction processes;
- practices for monitoring and off-boarding work-study students.
The aim is to identify strengths and areas for improvement in order to enhance the work-study experience and its impact on talent retention. With this publication, discover the 4 golden rules for transforming the work-study experience.
Academics and professionals were involved in gathering data and analyzing the results of this study.

Over 1 million young people in apprenticeships in France as of December 31, 2023
This figure caught the attention of the HR LAB of France Supply Chain. As a result, a group conducted a study among members of the association during the winter of 2023-2024 to better understand:
- the motivations behind choosing an apprenticeship;
- the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes;
- the practices surrounding the follow-up and offboarding of apprentices.
The goal is to identify strengths and areas for improvement to enhance the apprenticeship experience and its impact on talent retention. In this publication, you will discover the four golden rules for making internships and apprenticeships a success.
