Supply chain compensation survey - 2023 edition  

France Supply Chain and Michael Page have once again combined their expertise to publish a comprehensive study of remuneration for Supply Chain executive positions in France. The current job market is under pressure, and there is a shortage of candidates in the logistics and supply chain sectors. The aim of this survey is to assist readers in their recruitment or job search, thanks to detailed responses from over 1,200 professionals .

A detailed benchmark of the remuneration offered on the market: salary, variable, increase, etc. 

In addition to fixed salaries, we wanted to take a closer look at the variable compensation and benefits offered to Supply Chain executives. Moreover, in these times of inflation, wage pressures and talent shortages, the subject of raises seemed relevant to us.

The feedback we received from our survey was enriched by all the data and lessons learned from our respective activities.

In addition to a snapshot of the top Supply Chain functions in France and in 2023, you'll be able to observe a number of trends.
